Machine Description
The air filter frame roll forming machine is a specialized piece of industrial equipment designed for the high-volume, precision manufacturing of metal frames used in various types of filters (e.g., primary filters, medium-efficiency filters, high-efficiency filters, bag filters). It automates the process of transforming pre-cut metal coils (typically galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel) into finished frame profiles with consistent quality and dimensional accuracy.
The traditional production of filter frames is carried out by laser cutting, hydraulic punching and bending machines. The process is cumbersome and requires a large number of workers. Compared with the traditional method, the filter frame forming machine can produce the frame in one go. The steel coil is directly produced into the frame, and the punching is also done. The production efficiency is high, less labor is required, and the cost is greatly reduced.
