Upright Post Roll Forming Machine is an automatic production line used to manufacture storage rack uprights. It continuously produces steel coils into upright products with specific sizes and length through a series of forming rollers, and integrates punching and cutting parts.
Upright Post can be classified into light-duty upright, medium-duty upright and heavy-duty upright. Different customers have different requirements for machine's specifications and speeds. We will customize solutions and prices based on the specific needs of customers.

One machine can achieve different specifications by changing spacers manually. However, we don't suggest this way, because the changing process is a huge challenge for operators and it's time-consuming. After changing, the operator needs to adjust the products if the post is not ideal. If the customer's product volume is large, we suggest adopting the quick-change cassette method or purchase several machines, which is convenient.
The machine's speed is about 4-10m/min. With the material storage pits, the speed can reach its maximam.
Usually speaking, the whole production line includes a decoiler, leveling&feeding unit, a press punching machine and a main roll forming machine with cutting system. The working process is : decoiling---Leveling&Servo Feeding---Punching---Roll Forming---Cutting---Discharge. The whole lines adopts automatically controlled electric system. One operator can operate one production line, which greatly reduced labor costs.
