It can meet the demands of rapid construction and provide a working platform for layer-by-layer concrete pouring. Its surface embossed design enhances the bonding force with concrete, serving both as formwork and tensile reinforcement. It can reduce the amount of reinforcement and increase the rigidity of the floor slab. When used in cantilever applications, it needs to be combined with negative reinforcement to prevent cracking.
The product has gone through three generations of development: the first-generation open panel was only used as a formwork, the second-generation constricted panel improved fire resistance and anti-corrosion performance by reducing the opening, and the third-generation closed panel added shear grooves to achieve coordinated force-bearing with concrete. The derived reinforced steel truss floor deck adopts a welded truss structure, which reduces the demand for support and enhances seismic resistance, making it suitable for large-span buildings. During construction, it is necessary to control the flatness of the plates, the quality of the galvanized layer and the welding process. The installation process includes marking lines, hoisting, cutting and other links. The common specification thickness is 0.8-1.2mm, and it is connected to the steel beam through bolts and nails to adapt to the changes in structural elevation.
