In early 2026, our factory successfully completed the manufacturing of the cleanroom panel roll forming machine. This custom-engineered production line is specifically designed for manufacturing cleanroom composite panels – high-performance sandwich panels widely used in dust-free workshops, cleanrooms, operating theaters, food processing plants, pharmaceutical facilities, and other environments demanding strict cleanliness and contamination control.

The cleanroom panels produced by this machine are characterized by their exceptional anti-dust properties, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, antibacterial surface treatment, fire resistance, and excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. These features make them indispensable in modern high-tech manufacturing and healthcare infrastructure.

The forming machine comprises three major units: a 7‑ton uncoiler, a main forming section, and a precision shearing device. Upstream of the main forming unit, two sets of notching dies are installed to create pre-cut gaps for subsequent bending and assembly operations. The core forming process employs 14 rolling stations, ensuring gradual and precise profile shaping. The machine features a robust double-wall frame construction, which provides outstanding rigidity and vibration damping during high-speed operation. Power transmission is realized through a reliable chain‑driven system, guaranteeing synchronized movement across all rolling stands.

Since its commissioning, the machine has demonstrated exceptional operational stability and consistent production accuracy. The double-wall structure effectively minimizes deflection under load, while the chain drive delivers smooth, backlash‑free torque transfer. The 14‑roll sequence, combined with the upstream notching dies, allows for complex cross‑sectional geometries with tight dimensional tolerances – a critical requirement for cleanroom panel interlocking joints and sealing surfaces.

With this new equipment, we have significantly enhanced our in‑house capability to produce high‑grade composite panels that meet international cleanroom standards. The machine's rugged design and precision engineering ensure long‑term reliability, reduced scrap rates, and minimal maintenance downtime.
