Roof tile machine is a specialized piece of equipment used for continuously cold-forming metal coils (typically galvanized steel, aluminum, or color-coated sheets) into profiled color steel roof/wall panels through a series of rollers.
Compared with other cold roll forming machines, roof tile machine is easy, because the roof shape is simple and doen't have a high tolerence for the sizes, the tolerence can be ±0.5mm.
Roof tile machines have many types, such as color-colated time machine, glazed roof tile machine, double-layer or even triple-layer roof tile machine, ridge roof tile machine...... There are too many models of roof tile, so customers need to send the exact profile drawing for getting an exact quotation.
The whole production line includes a passive decoiler and a main roll forming machine with cutting system. The working process is: decoiling---Guiding---RollForming---Cutting---Discharge. The roof tile machine is easy to install, customers can handle the installation process themselves.
For all our machines, whatever small or large, easy and complicated machines, we'll use the internationally standard H beam as the basic frame, which allows all machines have a strong roof. All basic frames will be processed by the planer-type millling machine to insure the flatness of the surface level.
