Moroccan Client Visits Our Company for In-Depth Inspection and Cooperation
On July 3, we had the great pleasure of welcoming a distinguished client from Morocco to our company. This visit was arranged through the kind introduction of one of our long-standing existing customers, which speaks volumes about the trust and reputation we have built over the years. We made every effort to ensure their visit was both informative and productive.
During the tour, the client conducted a thorough inspection of our production facilities. They observed our roll-forming machines, precision machining equipment, assembly lines, and overall factory operations in detail. Our team explained each step of the manufacturing process, from raw material selection to final quality control. They expressed high appreciation for the quality and workmanship of the equipment we produce, noting that our standards meet or even exceed those of suppliers they have visited elsewhere.
The primary purpose of this visit was to evaluate our equipment for a substantial procurement project. The client intends to purchase a complete cable tray production line, a cable tray cover roll forming machine, and an electrical cabinet rail roll forming machine. To ensure these machines would perfectly suit their specific production requirements, our engineer engaged in detailed technical discussions with the client. Topics covered included machine structural design, operating speed, quick adjustment mechanisms for different sizes, and mold design. Our engineer provided comprehensive answers to every question, offered tailored suggestions. The dialogue was constructive and laid a solid foundation for future collaboration
To further reinforce the client's confidence, we arranged a visit to a domestic factory that has been using our equipment for many years on the very next day. This on-site tour allowed the client to see our machines operating under real, continuous production conditions. They witnessed the high stability, consistent output quality over long-term operation. The client also had the opportunity to speak directly with our existing customer, who enthusiastically shared their positive experiences and praised our after-sales service.
