A double-layer roof sheet machine can produce two profiles on one machine, which is cost-efficient. Usually two profices can't be produced simultaneously, can only be produced one by one. If customers want to produce two profiles at the same time, then the machine designing should be changed and a double-layer roof sheet machine won't be recommended. In this case, two single layer roof sheet machines are suggested. Compared with other cold roll forming machines, roof tile machine is easy, because the roof shape is simple and doen't have a high tolerence for the sizes, the tolerence can be ±0.5mm.
